we went to another market with chanty. shit was pretty wild in comparison to the luang prabang one. if youre a lil squeamish i recommend skipping some of this photos.

these on the other hand were awesome. lao noodles are amazing. slightly different to tradional flat vietnamese rice noodles. these guys were sold in 1 kilo knots. they were only 50c too.

a lot of the houses had roofs like this. not quite sure why.

old school engineering is still used in the villages. this particular thing is used to grind up corn to feed the animals.

we bought some candy and schoolbooks and pens to give to the children on our way back. its common practice to do this, as a lot of the families dont have enough money for these things and rely on donations from tourists.





we arrived back in luang prabang and landed in paradise... an amazing resort called mekong estate.
